Generally nothing for you as the client. Through an assignment of claims (cession, Art. 164 CO) we collect the fees directly from the illegal parker – no financial risk and no administrative effort for you.
Am I allowed to have a vehicle towed from my private parking space?
Yes. As the owner, tenant, or authorised person, you have the right to have an illegally parked vehicle removed at any time. This also applies to property management companies, security services, or authorised representatives. The police are generally not responsible for towing vehicles on private land.
What do you need from me?
At least two photos of the vehicle (front and rear) including the number plate, plus the location – via WhatsApp, message, or email. Once your request is received, a team member is dispatched immediately.
How quickly can you be on-site?

Will the illegal parker find out who placed the order?
