This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, for what purpose, and what rights you have. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); where applicable, we also take the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into account.

2. Visiting the website

When you open the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is deleted after a short period unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

3. Contacting us

If you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number and, optionally, e-mail address, request, location and message) to answer your enquiry and carry out the job. The details are sent to us by e-mail. The same applies when you call us or send us an e-mail.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages, photos and location are transmitted through the WhatsApp service (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta), whose privacy terms also apply.

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and any resulting jobs, and beyond that only as required by statutory retention obligations.

4. Cookies and consent

On your first visit we ask whether we may use cookies and similar technologies for statistics and advertising. We store your choice in your browser’s storage. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

5. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use services of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (USA): Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tools, Google Analytics 4 for statistical analysis of website usage, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to calls, WhatsApp messages or contact form enquiries.

Without your consent, these services do not set cookies. Google then only receives cookieless signals without identifiers, which are used for statistical modelling. With your consent, the services set cookies and analyse your usage pseudonymously. If you submit the contact form after giving consent, your e-mail address and phone number may be transmitted to Google in hashed form to attribute the enquiry to an ad.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular Google’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. More information is available in Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

6. Links to external services

Our website contains simple links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. No content from these services is embedded. Data is only transmitted to these providers once you click a link.

7. Recipients and data security

We only share personal data with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate (hosting, e-mail, Google), and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data. The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, deleted or handed over, to object to processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To do so, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the services we use change. The version published on this page applies.
